I expect this comment to be downvoted, since the people who will land on this page, are most probably here because they want to actually eat bread. But the truth that many Paleo gurus have tried to advocate (but somehow falls into deaf ears) is that there is no such thing as Paleo bread, Paleo cookies, and Paleo cakes. Blogs online are filled with such recipes too, but in all reality, nuts & seeds (that these recipes are primarily made of), are supposed to be eaten in moderation, raw, and soaked. This is well established in the original Paleo books, or blog posts of these Paleo book authors. But instead, what people actually thought they read was "nuts & seeds are a free ride". They're not.
- They contain an extremely large amount of anti-nutrients and omega-6, even larger than the ones found in... legumes! For that reason, they must be bought raw, and then soaked. Read Chris Kresser's article about it, among others'.
- They must never be cooked/baked, because they oxidize. They're supposed to simply be eaten raw, after they are soaked.
- No normal person would ever eat 200 almonds in one go, and yet, they'd eat in a single seating as a pizza (or bread over 2 days)? Where's the logic in this?
So where does that leave the modern Paleo man? Without bread? Yes, without any such type of "dense" food. To me, people who eat these types of baking goods too often, are just substituting one bad thing (gluten), for another (overdose of oxidized nuts). I don't disagree to make some crackers, or a cake, or even a bread, once or twice a year -- on a special occasion. We're all humans, and sometimes we want to indulge. But if this is a daily or even a weekly thing, used as a substitution to gluten, then it's missing the whole point of Paleo and health.

I bought the Kindle version of this book after skimming some of the "look inside" pages. There is only one yeast bread recipe that I've encountered so far, and the rest are quick breads. I've made five or six of the recipes in the book, and they've all come out very well. Someone definitely tested the recipes first before putting them into the book. It's a professionally done book with no typos and easy to read instructions. The ingredients are not terribly exotic (at least, if you're doing Paleo, you have all this stuff already). The instructions for most recipes are pretty simple, though a few are more involved. The yeast bread is very carby with a ton of starch in it, but there is so much variety in here that you'll surely find several recipes you enjoy. Don't expect big fluffy loafs of Wonderbread, but you will have something you can eat with a burger or spread some almond butter on. I'm getting into making my own fruit butters and jams, and I wanted something besides pancakes (Paleo ones, of course) to spread it on. This fills the bill! The only reason I give it four instead of five stars is that it does go on a bit toward the end about the diet. I think chances are pretty good that you're already doing Paleo if you're looking at this book. I would've liked more recipes in that space instead.
In summary: If you are doing Paleo and you're looking for some easy bread recipes, this is a good pick.
