I have been working on food storage for my family for awhile now. I've even taught some classes on the subject. How this book would have enhanced my information back in the teaching days! Not only is it concise, it makes the reader actually comfortable with having a limited income to prep with. So many in the prepping community are willing and able to spend thousands of dollars right off the bat, that those who can't afford the prepackaged meals and custom underground bunkers can feel intimidated, and then will not start. By reading this information, everyone will know that anyone can do this!

This book has some great information to help you get started in putting some extra food back if you are on a tight budget. This book is also great for the prepper that gets overwhelmed when they see all of the preppers on TV that have shelves and shelves of freeze dried food. There is practical advice to keep you going on your prepping journey when you can not afford to stock those cases and cases like you see on tv. It shows you that every little bit you do today can help you be better prepared for tomorrow!
