For any Ninja Turtle Fan, IDW's fourth installment of the Turtle's is a great addition to their library. The storyline is phenomenal. We're starting to get an introduction to the Neutrino War, and a good chunk of the book is dedicated to Slash, a character I was hoping to see more defined and less comical than he was in the Archie Series (although he still seems love palm trees).
As many have mentioned, Dan Duncan's art from the previous installments of IDW's TMNT is greatly missed. Andy Kuhn, in his own right, is a talented artist who can make the Turtles really come to life. His art is much more blocky and the character's facial expressions/body movements are not as dynamic than Duncan's, but is still enjoyable. I personally would have liked to have Valario Schiti take over for Duncan, but that's just my preference.
This volume, while not as action packed as the last 3 volumes, was still really enjoyable. I can't wait to see what else IDW has up their sleeves for the Turtles! Recommended.

All of the favorite characters are back in this book written by Turtles co-creator Kevin Eastman. There're the turtles (of course), Splinter, Casey, April, and Shredder. Add to that aliens from another planet and you have the makings for a fun ride.
The art is a bit rough but it works for the Turtles.
I recommend this book to teen readers and above.
